On Friday two of our IT and AVM Media classes had the opportunity to visit the Representation of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia in Brussels. The visit offered valuable insights into the work of the state representation and current discussions around AI and digital policy at the European level.
This visit was one part of our school’s activities celebrating Europe Day, highlighting the importance of European cooperation and shared democratic values.
As a Europaschule, it was especially meaningful to complement this visit with a tour of the European Parliament and the Berlin Wall fragments located across Brussels—powerful reminders of Europe’s history and the importance of cooperation and unity.
Experiences like these bring Europe closer to our students and show how digital transformation, politics, and European collaboration are closely connected. A big thank you to the team in Brussels for the warm welcome and the inspiring exchange.
